When I first wanted to start becoming an activist, I was never taken seriously for the work I wanted to do because I’m a teenager. Jerin however, was the first person who treated me with the same kindness and respect for my ideas as she did for adults. I am beyond grateful to have Jerin in my life because without her, I wouldn’t have the self-confidence that I have today. She has been my mentor and has exceptional skills to end gender discrimination and sexual harassment.
